I still maintain that these entries should be preserved for the book that you are destined to write..”No One Ever Tells You This, But…….”…think about it…The only one who can articulate it, is the person who has lived it…by the way, there is brand-new Barnes and Noble at 86th and Lex., so we can have the book signing there…at least, we can walk to it……xoxo

I’m so glad you ‘inflicted’ this on your readers. You are a wonderful writer. This post brought back memories of the first 3 months waaaaay too cleayrly — I’ve so been trying to block many of them out.

ahhh, those post-partum days from hell i was recently cleaning out my desk, and i found the papers that we jotted down all the details of anand’s feedings and diaper contents (seriously– including color and consistency) from his first few days of life. good times! no one ever told me that the first few weeks with a newborn would involve 24-hour days– there was no day or night, and i could be doing the same thing at 2 p.m. and 2 a.m. looooooovely
